Shyann was my first rescue dog that I adopted from the Bulloch County Animal Shelter in Statesboro, Georgia.  It did not take me long to see what all the big fuss was about American Pit Bull Terriers. She was loving, loyal and smart as could be. She was twelve weeks old when I adopted her. I was so lucky she was a pure breed pit bull.  She has always been raised indoors and has been exposed to a variety of animals.  She loves them all!  She was a really quick learner and having said that I enrolled in a local training class for dog obedience.  She excelled perfectly as an IDEAL pitbull would.  She later went to agility classes and never ceased to amaze me.  She was diagnosed with demodectic mange at twelve weeks of age and she took Ivermectin daily until they were all gone.  She is an incredible dog and started my absolute obsession for the American Pit Bull Terrier.

Hi ..... My name is ShyAnn

Once upon a time.......long long ago before Lisa got me.....I was a prison dog.  Locked up at the Bulloch County Animal Shelter........

I was twelve weeks old when I was adopted into my new loving home.  I have a nice warm blanket now, instead of a cold cement floor, to sleep on.  I am not scared any more.  I have lots of new friends....my new mom fosters many different pets and finds them loving homes also.
